Yes. Pomskies have a double coat and shed moderately throughout the year, with heavier shedding during seasonal coat blows. Regular brushing helps manage this.

Some Pomskies inherit the Husky "talking" trait and can be expressive. Early training helps shape good vocal habits,

Pomskies are energetic and benefit from daily playtime, walks, and mental stimulation. Puzzle toys, training games and short activities keep their mind busy.

Puppies should avoid long or strenuous exercise until mature.

They are intelligent and eager to please, but sometimes independent like Huskies. Consistent, short and positive training works best.

They should be brushed 1-2 times per week, depending on coat length. Baths can be done every 1-2 months or as needed. Clean ears and trim nails regularly. The coat should never be shaved.

Pomskies are playful, funny, loyal, people-oriented, and often very attached to their families. They thrive on companionship and enrichment.
